Trade program · Designers, stagers, set decorators, developers

Specify art with real margin in it.

A $3,000 painting gives you almost nothing to work with and reads as decor. A piece at the right scale, with a published net price and a render your client approves in the first meeting, reads as art and pays you like a specified product.

What you get
  • Net pricing, published. Quote the client in the room. No back and forth.
  • Render in 24 hours. Photoreal, in your client's actual space, at true scale, before a deposit.
  • Lead times in writing. Studio tier and commission tier, dated at contract.
  • White-glove delivery and install. Crated, delivered, hung, packaging removed.
  • IP warranty. Original compositions only, warranted and indemnified in the agreement.
Net price ladder

Retail and trade net, by size.

Designers receive net pricing, not a discount. This is how the trade buys, and it is how we sell. Diamond dust finish adds 20 percent. Murals and pieces over 8 feet are quoted per project.

Two ways to buy
Commission tier · $12,000 to $35,000

Painted by Alexandre Partouche.

One-of-one work at scale, painted entirely by the artist. For the primary wall of a principal room, a lobby, or a project where the art is part of the story you are telling the client.

Studio tier · $4,000 to $8,000

Directed by Alex, executed with studio assistance.

Same render process, same materials, same install. Composed and directed by the artist, produced with the studio team. Built for staging inventories, secondary rooms and multi-unit programs where volume matters.

The render

Your client approves the piece before it exists.

Send one photo of the wall and its dimensions. Within 24 hours you receive a photoreal render of the proposed artwork in that room, at exact scale. Palette, composition and size are revised until you sign off. Only then does a deposit change hands.

This removes the one objection that stalls commissioned art: not knowing what you are going to get. Your client sees it. You close in the same meeting.

Terms, in plain language
  1. Lead times

Studio tier: 3 to 5 weeks from approved render. Commission tier: 6 to 10 weeks. Murals: scheduled at quote. Dates are written into the agreement.

  2. Deposit

50 percent on signing, after the render is approved. Balance before delivery. Trade accounts in good standing can request net-30 on the balance.

  3. Revisions

Unlimited revisions at the render stage until approval. One round of adjustments on the finished piece before delivery.

  4. Delivery and install

Crated and installed by the studio within Los Angeles County at no charge on commission tier. Studio tier and out-of-area installs are quoted. Packaging removed, wall left clean.

  5. IP warranty

Every piece is an original composition. The studio does not reproduce or reinterpret named artists' work or celebrity likenesses. The trade agreement warrants this and indemnifies you.

  6. Cancellation

Before paint touches canvas, the deposit less render and design time is refundable. After production begins, the deposit is retained and the piece is completed for you.

Questions designers ask
Can my client see the piece before we commit?

Yes. That is the whole point. One photo of the wall, and within 24 hours you have a photoreal render at true scale. Revised until approved, before any deposit.

Can you match a palette or a fabric?

Yes. Send swatches, a Pantone, or the fabric itself. Palette, gesture, texture and scale are all directed to the room.

Can you paint something "in the style of" a known artist?

No. We work in the studio's own language and can take direction on palette, energy and materials, but we do not reproduce or reinterpret a named artist's compositions or celebrity likenesses. The trade agreement warrants that every piece is original, which protects you and your client.

Do you work with staging inventories?

Yes. Studio tier is built for it: repeatable sizes, fast lead times, volume terms for stagers who buy several pieces a quarter.

Where do you install?

Los Angeles, Orange County and Beverly Hills as standard. We ship crated anywhere and can install on site by arrangement.
